Programme for menopausal women

Menofit™ is a health and wellbeing programme designed to support women through peri-post menopause. The overarching feedback I have had from this is “I wish I’d known all this sooner!”

Exercise (or movement as I like to think of it), good nutrition choices and reducing stress can have a huge impact on managing symptoms of menopause, as well as setting up a great lifestyle for a happy and healthy midlife and beyond.

It’s suitable for anyone who maybe just starting to experience peri-menopause (commonly changes to menstrual cycle and mood) right through to post menopause. You will learn how to apply common sense health and wellbeing practices in the context of women’s health and hormone changes.

This programme brings it all together in bite sized pieces so you can make the changes you need to help you feel better. It’s not just about improving how you feel during peri menopause, but about creating a lifestyle that will help keep you fitter and stronger throughout the rest of your life.

During the course, we’ll tackle stress, sleep, nutrition and exercise choices and, best of all, share this with other women who know what you’re going through:
