JR Fit @ Home offers online classes to do whenever you need them.

Each class is 20-30 minutes and is designed to target specific needs. Once you have purchased a single class or the bundle, they are yours forever to do as many times as you like.

  • On the go yoga flow

    On the Go Yoga Flow  - Guided sun salutations and yoga flow. Great for getting in 20 minutes of yoga in while you are on holiday or busy during the holidays.

  • Core on the floor

    A fitness pilates workout for your abs, back and glutes. A more challenging class for those who are looking for tone up.

  • Loosen up mobility

    Targeting tension in your muscles and joints and getting you moving if you've been stuck in the same position all day! Ideal for loosening up your body and relieving aches and pains.

  • Stretch and unwind

    Guided breath practice and pilates / yoga inspired stretches. Ideal if you're after a relaxing class or need to relieve tight muscles.
