Whether you’re looking to stretch, strengthen, tone, alleviate aches and pain or work on your mobility, flexibility, balance or posture, I can help.

Fitness Pilates and Freestyle Fitness Yoga are group exercise classes focused on realising the fitness benefits of more traditional methods of yoga and pilates. I screen all my clients and offer options to suit different fitness levels and can adapt if you have injuries / medical conditions (eg arthritis) but this class is primarily for people of general good health and without any major medical conditions. Please note I do not offer personal training.

Here’s a run down of the classes I offer. A full list of times and locations can be found on my booking portal and I also have online options.

I run most of my classes in 6 week blocks, so if there’s no dates available to book, please contact me and I’ll add you to the waiting list for the next block.

Fitness Pilates (FP)

Fitness Pilates is great for mobility, posture, balance, core strength and flexibility It is a great to complement to other exercise you may do and is low impact. I offer a Gentle Fitness Pilates class for those who prefer a slower pace.

Freestyle Fitness Yoga (FFY)

FFY has all the benefits of yoga - strength, balance, flexibility and breath work - taught from fitness perspective. This class is also suitable for all levels but you do need to be able to get up and down from the floor with relative ease! I teach FFY blended with FP so you get the best of both worlds in one session.

Men on Mats

This is a men only class using Fitness Pilates and Freestyle Fitness Yoga to stretch, strengthen and mobilise. We work on common issues faced by men such as tight hamstrings and back pain. It’s a great complement to other sport or exercise to prevent injuries or as a stand alone exercise choice to keep you moving.

Menofit™

Menofit™ is a programme for menopausal women, supporting you through peri menopause, menopause and beyond. The aim is to empower you to take control and feel great with the best nutrition, movement and lifestyle to suit this stage of life.
